The device detects human presence by Infra-red levels using an IR sensor. The data is then processed to prevent any false alarms. The communication protocol used in the device is Jeweller radio technology. This ensures a fast, reliable, and safe communication. This also enables intricate safety protocols which ensure that no intruding signals can tamper with your device. The device is made to work over long distances as well, effective communication between the motion detector and the Hub can be stretched up to 1700 meters.

The device operates on an internal battery that works up to 7 years without the need for replacement. The device can send alarms to the Hub and ultimately to your phone in under 150 milliseconds. Motion detected by this device can be up to a distance of 12 meters. Device sensitivity is changed automatically according to the weather for a better adaption at securing your property. The sensitivity can also be changed remotely using your mobile phone application to suit your needs.

Ajax Motion Protect is plug and play right out of the box. Connect it to the Hub with just one click. The battery is already installed.
